Our Process

  • 1.) Project Kickoff
    Client signs MSA & SOW
    Initial payment secures your project in the schedule.
    (25% of total project cost due)
  • 2.) Preliminary Model
    Review and approve base design. Two rounds of revisions included.
    (25% of total project cost due)
  • 3.) Final Delivery
    Receive final renders via secure Google Drive or email. Project files transferred after final payment.
    (50% of total project cost due)

  • Note: Additonal revisions beyond two rounds are available at $40/hour.
